Our goal was to immerse guests in a space that exists between two worlds – not fully one place, yet not entirely another. We sought to create an environment that transports guests, sharpening their senses to fully appreciate the intricacy of the experience. Chef-owner Maria Santos draws deeply from her heritage to create dishes that are not only culinary masterpieces but also visually captivating.

We aimed to craft an environment that feels suspended between two realms – neither entirely here nor there. The space was designed to evoke a sense of transport, heightening the awareness of each guest to the artistry of the menu.
Chef-owner Daniel Lee channels his cultural roots to create dishes that are both a feast for the palate and a visual celebration.
